not only of our natural right to enjoy the night sky, but also disrupts
the natural environment, wastes energy, and degrades urban living.

to reduce the adverse impacts of light pollution on health,
safety, and the environment. Public education and participation
are essential for success.

highlight its impacts on human health and on the environment, Victoria
Centre invites you to view a one-page flier and a set of "Light Pollution
Cards" which provides more in-depth explanations than the flier. We
encourage you to review and share that information and hope that you will
help reduce the light pollution for your neighborhood. Success
